The HP ProBook 640 G5 Notebook PC does not specifically mention built-in facial recognition capabilities in the standard specifications or related support documents. Facial recognition typically requires specific hardware, such as an infrared camera, which may not be included in all laptop models.

 

To enable facial recognition, you would need to check if your model includes the necessary hardware. Please send us a private message with the product serial number, so that we can check and keep you posted.
