Product: HP EliteBook 845 G8 Notebook PC IDS Base Model

They blocked my chat and can't call. They've had my laptop for a month. Warranty. Is this normal? The people on the phone don't know anything about my laptop. Think it was lost.  Thank you


And why is the Elite considered a business laptop? It started being slow after only 1 year.
