Product: HP EliteBook 840 G6 Notebook PC IDS Base Model

hello,

I am using elitebook 840 g6

my Product number: 4WG26AV

recently my laptop battery died, need to be replaced, in this situation I am running my laptop with the adapter, I have noticed bad performance 

and checked at task manager the clock speed is stuck at 0.4 ghz, I cant solve it anyway , I have updated the bios and turned on my pc in performance mode, but still it stuck at 400 mhz. please help
