I contacted customer support for help with my hp laptop, specifically because i needed help using the hp client security progpram. I'm trying to remove the password prompt when i turn on my laptop. i was successfully able to remove the finger print prompt, but i haven't been able to remove the password prompt. i know the password.
i contacted hp customer support, spent a full hour on support with a gentleman who sent me about 3 or 4 messaged. He told me to wait for one moment.
15 minutes later the chat prompted me to type a message as it had paused due to inactivity. i typed a quick message. Another few minutes went by when he suddenly left the chat, and another agent joined the chat. Then after a moment, he ended the chat with a little label 'customer left chat'.
i opened a new support ticket and waited a few minutes for an agent to join.
to which immediately a prompt showed up again ' customer left chat'.
i tried to open another customer support chat window and now it tells me the service in unavailable for me.
This has been a frustrating hour and a half wasted.
