I am currently working in tunisia for few month but will be back to my home country " Germany " in few month
I can't find any test or review of the tunisian prposed HP laptop in order to purchase a new one.
my current HP eliteBook is 8 years old and don't fit my need anymore

There are thousands of HP models/products for laptops/notebooks. Normally consumers models from one country or one zone won't be available on other countries/zones and warranty process is a bit hard to claim.

 

My suggestion: stick with Elitebook the warranty process is difference. You can use internet which are available in Germany now and buy a similar machine in Tunisia. When back home, you may need a different power cord (from wall to the charger), that's all.
