Could anyone tell me how to use the fingerprint reader?
Does the software crush with windows 10?
Can I set the fingerprint reader to allow 2 different users to logon the notebook?

Hi @edwinlwc
You need to use HP Client Security software (usually preinstalled on HP computers which have Windows preinstalled). If you installed Windows on your own, you will need to obtain the software(s) , drivers from HP web site.
Yes, it works fine with Windows 10, as well.
It can replace your need to enter Windows password during logon, when using RDP, network logins, etc... Once enrolled, you will just need to swipe your finger.
Yes, the software supports multiple users.
Here is a short video review of HP Client Security Manager software:

You might also use some Win 10 built-in options:

Hope this helps. Provide feedback and let me know how it goes. Do not hesitate to post again 🙂
