Product: HP BA021X
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i have purchased a new Hp BA021 X. and its fnkey is not working, for example fn+f2 shows brightness button but when swriching fn+f2 , brightness of the screen is not getting reduced. Because it a very new produce I have purchased and it is showing non functionity. I am  unable to make it work, so please let me know how it will work.
