HP Recommended
Product: Zbook Studio G4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Fn keys those adjust screen brightness don't work on my Zbook Studio G4.

I have installed the HP Hotkey Support driver and  also checked the BIOS settings. 

Is there anything else that I  should check?

Any help would be appreciated.

Update your graphics card driver, if it came with AMD graphics, it'll stop working randomly any way and the only way to make em work is by disabling intel graphics in device manager and enabling them again.
