Microsoft Windows 11

Hi 

I tried to install Win 11 from ISO downloaded on Microsoft webste.

Each time I have the following error : Driver is missing ..

I tried to download drivers for hp and instroduce on a UBS but it is still doing the same ..

Anyone can help ?

Hi:

 

According to the support page, your PC is supported by the HP Cloud Recovery Client software which you can use to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10.

 

That should have whatever is missing from what you are doing now.

 

This package provides the Cloud Recovery Client for supported computer models running a supported operating system. This Client Utility enables users to download the Recovery Kit from the cloud.

I am afraid that your PC model does not support Windows 11 based on these articles here

It is recommended that you continue running Windows 10 which will receive support until year 2025. Follow the instructions from @Paul_Tikkanen  to reinstall Windows 10 using HP Cloud Recovery.
