One day a photo appeared out of God knows where on my PC screen and I can't remove it. I can't use my controls bc the photo is blocking them. It's in the lower-left corner and goes about halfway up the screen. I even had Microsoft go in and take control of my PC but he couldn't even see the picture. The photo is of my daughter with her daughter and the weird thing is it's on her screen too only with her son!! Please, before I lose my mind, does anyone have any suggestions? I cannot pick the right board bc the photo is making it impossible. So the one that's on there is not correct. Linda

Microsoft has this new feature with Windows 10 called "Synch Settings" such that settings changed on one PC are automatically pushed to other PCs. I have that disabled since, like so many other MS features, it can cause serious problems.
See this thread for details: https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/4077-turn-off-sync-settings-microsoft-account-windows-10-a.html
You will probably have to to your daughter's PC and disable Sync there, and after rebooting her PC and yours, the settings should disappear from your PC.
