Unless you upgraded the standard power supply to one that is 450 Watts and has an 8-pin supplemental power connector that you need to plug into the graphics card, it will not work.

 

It's not getting the additional power it needs.

I wouldn't be able to help you with getting a power supply for your PC, if one even exists.
