1. RAM to 16GB: You can add same existing 8GB to slot 2 or use the following compatible RAM

2. M2. SATA: It already has  512 GB PCIe® NVMe™ M.2 SSD, you can't add M.2 SATA to it. If you wish, you have to replace 512GB with 1TB or 2TB using other M.e NVMe SSD drive such as

               https://uk.crucial.com/ssd/p5/ct2000p5ssd8/ct18185169

 

3. Graphics: No, you have to live with its existing Intel iGPU. You can't add nor replace it now.
