HP Recommended

i have a hp probook 450 g5 core i5 8250u version laptop,
once it was unused for a few days,after that when i tried to turn on,
its not turning on and now when i connect the power connector,
its continuously beeping sound like siren goes on and only the lights of power button lit up and nothing happens.
the fan is also not rotating,
what should i do now?please help, thanks in advance.
