Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

hello community i just purchased HP pavilion 14 laptop PC-ec1000 (4V212AV) . i was facing issue with bit-locker encrypted drive not connecting to device so i formatted the laptop for clean install ....... 

 

now i have updated all the drivers from hp website but the sound coming from the device has got very low and cracking type ...i have installed the real-teak drivers but no help ......please someone help me to find the solution .
