1-fan running continuously and noisy

2-Dark update during bios update

3-sounds from hard drive

4-Backlight Bleed

 

technical service is insufficient to solve these problems

I sent my computer to technical service. hp claims that this is not a problem, but the fan of my computer is running too high. they offered me no solution

I'll get mine to the hp support support center on monday and see what happens.

I took mine to the HP support center today. They've told me to record the fan's sound and send it to them along with the receipt. Even tough the sound is loud enough I couldn't record it with iphone. If I manage to record and send it then they'll tell me whether the product is qualified for replacement or not.
