production of this notebook should stop...
1-fan running continuously and noisy
2-Dark update during bios update
3-sounds from hard drive
technical service is insufficient to solve these problems
What is the idea about this?

I suggest you direct your valid concerns to HP at the link below.
They should know about this...
Posting on a forum where we don't work for or represent HP, doesn't do much good.

I took mine to the HP support center today. They've told me to record the fan's sound and send it to them along with the receipt. Even tough the sound is loud enough I couldn't record it with iphone. If I manage to record and send it then they'll tell me whether the product is qualified for replacement or not.
