Hi!

If you look at your fingerprint sensor, is it flat or curvy?

I have the same laptop, and I did some research. That's when I found out that there are "school-versions" of the laptop, not containing a fingerprint sensor and face unlock, due to security reasons.

If your fingerprint sensor is curvy and looks like this:

Then your laptop does contain a fingerprint sensor, and there's another problem.

Hope I've helped!
