Product: HP elite x2 1012 G2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm using the hp usb-c dock G4 with HP elite x2 1012 G2

 

the product page of the dock said the notebook is compatible with the dock, but the power button doesn't turn the computer on.

 

how do i make it work?
