HP Recommended
Zbook studio 360g
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The keyboard and touch pad of the notebook is not working, even the keyboards connected to docking station.  Only directed connected wired USB mouse and kepbord is working. All hardware test from bios is OK. Key board test cannot be done as it's  not sensing any keys from the  Notebooks own key board.

The F10 num lock key is showing fast blinking always,  could not find any reason.

Uninstalled all drivers of key baord and Restarted the notebook. Same results

Notebook is fully functional with a external wired keyboard and mouse.

The last change in bios was found 5 days back. No windows update in recent days. Problem started only just yesterday.

Only noticeable change was a connection to another docking station of HP for same thunderbolt connection (where it did not work, only charged the power)
