i have bought an hp pavilion gaming laptop some time ago. the device came with gtx 1050 as its gpu and directx 12 as its API. They both are non functional now without even altering them. its not just some time by which they were completely down.For gtx, whenever i turn it on, a black screen appears on screen, and as for directx, it cannot run directx 12 games(any of them). these devices were in built, so obviously an amount was paid for these, They are not working, which is a very disappointing thing for me, as i bought this for gaming primarily. i am quite shocked from this service, and want these to be replaced and rectified. Please be the helping hand and solve this issue
