Hi:

 

Unfortunately, HP discontinued providing SMC.BIN files on March 1, 2019.

 

Here is their official policy regarding lost or forgotten BIOS passwords...

 

HP Business PCs - Forgotten or Lost BIOS Password | HP® Customer Support

 

Also, no member of this forum is allowed to provide assistance with removing BIOS passwords.

 

Please refer to the forum rules of participation...Rule 4. d.

According to the Community's Rules of Participation:
