i want to know either my laptop refurbished, renewed or not . and secondly i have window 11 installed but i do not found any option related to LTE in my laptop. i want to use sim card on my laptop.

If the product number has an 'R' at the end, then it was refurbished by HP.
For example:
3UP97PAR
If no 'R', then it was not refurbished.
The mobile broadband option was pretty expensive and hardly any notebooks come with that feature.
In order for the sim card to work, your notebook must have one of the following WWAN adapters listed in the device manager under the Network adapters device manager category:
HP lt4132
Intel XMM 7360

Which model WWAN adapter does your notebook have?
It would be one of those listed under the network adapters device manager category.
If there is no hardware present, then installing any of the WWAN drivers is useless because drivers won't install without the physical hardware device being installed.
Below is the link to the service manual.
You can open up the notebook and check if the optional WWAN adapter is installed.
Chapter 5, pages 48 & 49 have the WWAN adapter removal and replacement procedure.
I think you are just going to find an empty space with the antenna wires.
