i have purchased this product on 26/07/2021 from amazon and i got this laptop on 28th but its warrenty starts from 16/06/2021.

it means i have been cheated with a used product

Hi:

 

No, it means that the warranty start and end dates need to be adjusted.

 

HP starts the warranty clock ticking the minute the PC leaves the assembly plant.

 

So the longer the PC remains unsold in a reseller's warehouse, the less time remains on the warranty.

 

There are two ways to get the warranty start and end dates adjusted.

 

1. Submit an online warranty dispute form.

2. Contact HP customer services in India and ask a customer services rep to help you get the warranty start and end dates adjusted.
