Product: Zbook 15 G6
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i have and Zbook 15G5 with 16 Gb of Ram and SSD 

core i 7 9750H

 

my problem is each time is power of the lap top i have to do it 2 time 

the first one  I press the button the screen stay with hp protection and do not charge the operative system or anything so i have to press again the button to force to power of press again to power on again and after this, it works well .

How do I solve this issue?
