Hello All,

 

Whenever i am typing '@' key ,instead of it  '  is getting printed.Also i cant print # as whenver i print it instead of it pound symbol gets printed.

Please help me om this issue.

 Hi,

 

It sounds like you have the wrong keyboard layout set - ie Uk keyboard layout for a US keyboard.

 

If you have more than one keyboard layout set in Windows 10, you can toggle between them by holding down the Ctrl Key and pressing the Shift key

 

Alternatively, you can change the layout for your keyboard as described on the link below.

 

Change Keyboard Layout - Windows 8 & 10
