After I finish working on the laptop, I lock the laptop and if I come back after 1 hour, it will turn off. please solve the issue immediately. my laptop serial number is [Personal Information Removed]

Hello.

 

Check your Windows power and sleep settings. Your laptop is probably entering hibernation. Enter the following command in an elevated command line session:

 

powercfg -h off
