Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

i have HP 650 i3 laptop, recently got the mother board replaced as well as the RAM upgrdation. the laptop runs for 10 to 15 mins and shuts down on its own. the screen also i got changed because it got damaged. the technician loaded new OS system, windows 7, and anti virus,

inspite of all these replacement it gets shut down on its own. checked the overheating issue, its not overheating.

what could be the reason for the laptop to shutdown?

I appreciate all your efforts and expertise in troubleshooting this issue

I suggest you run an Extensive System Test to confirm the Hardware Functionality

Also let me know if the Laptop shuts down during the Test

- Shut down the Notebook completely
- Turn it back on, then tap the Esc key repeatedly until the Startup menu screen is displayed.
- Press F2 to select System Diagnostics.
- Click System Tests, then click Extensive Test.
