laptop was sent back by HP and I have opened the box and the laptop is damaged

laptop was sent back by HP and I have opened the box and the laptop is damaged. What is the next step? The UK HP office is closed as it is the weekend here. What do I do?

If I were you, I would wait until Monday and call them in the morning then.

Perhaps the laptop has been damaged by accident from the delivery company during transport.
