Hello,

I have a problem that my mouse is moving on its own to the left down corner. The problem is not related to the connected mouse, because even if I disconnect mouse and use just touchpad, the problem remains.

The problem must be somehow related to the laptop screen. Because if I connect the monitor to the laptop, then it is ok. But if I work on laptop screen the mouse is moving on itself. I have laptop for 1 year and it was fine. But it appeared a week or something ago. I have my laptop up to date with the latest drivers and regularly use hp assistant to upgrade with new patches.

Any idea?

Thank you in advance, Robert

Hello @RobertK2

I suspect that it is a technical defect. This cannot be repaired by software updates.
