Please give some clearer information.
If the problem is that you cannot activate the AMD graphics card, I may have the solution to the problem:
In the AMD Catalyst control panel you can switch the graphics choice manually.
In example, processA.exe uses Intel GPU and processB.exe uses AMD GPU.
So you can force the GPU choice.
Also configurable for battery powered time and on charger.
If you have more information about the problem, I would like to help you.

Thanks for reply.
No the problem is in Windows Don't know there is a AMD GPU even in DeviceManager but in BIOS I can change my graphic to use AMD but when I do that the Screen Goes Black and nothing happend.
I try to Install AMD Driver but it say I don't have any Device that support with this driver(I use Hp site for downloading the driver).
At first I think GPU is dead, so I take the laptop for repair but they say that GPU Chipset is fine. problem is with Power Consuming the laptop is not send any power to GPU chipset so the Chipset is not start and can't be recognized.
sorry if the English is bad.
if need more info I'm happy to help.

Please confirm if the AMD graphics are listed in device manager.
Did you in the past use AMD graphics on this specific laptop, or are you not sure?
Maybe there is no AMD graphics in the laptop (I have 4540s, not all models were delivered with AMD graphics)
If there is no AMD graphics you can only use the integrated Intel graphics.

There was before I played BF3 with it :D
before the Windows and deviceManager find my AMD GPU but over past days my screen suddenly goes black I go and change the GPU and set it on intel it goes fine but AMD GPU is not working.
There is a Thing I forgot to say, this is my second GPU the first one is dead from heat. after I change it, it works over a mounth but suddenly this happend.
"Please confirm if the AMD graphics are listed in device manager"
Right now it's not it just find Intel Graphic but before this happens there was two Graphic cards Intel And AMD.

Do you have any unknown/undetected devices in device manager?
You can recognize by the yellow question mark and a generic name.
Please share result of this.
If the motherboard has been changed, still in devicemanager the AMD graphics should be listed (if applicable)

Only AMD GPU is Changed not Motherboard
"Do you have any unknown/undetected devices in device manager?"
Yes there is but none of them is for AMD GPU.

Hi, can you install software that lists all the hardware available in the laptop?
I have used Speccy software (Pirisoft) sometimes, to check heat issues on specific laptop parts, but it should also help detect all devices. (Speccy is free software version)
Could you install the Speccy software, and see if it lists your AMD graphics card?
Please inform if it is listed and give information about temperatures, fanspeed, etc.
