please help me out its very urgent situtation for m e 

 

my battery is not working 

 

its not charging and its now showing increasing 

 

what should i do its in warranty period 

 

please help me as soon as possible

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

Try these steps to test the battery - 

 

1) Shutdown the computer. 
2) Turn the computer back on again and repeatedly tap on the ESC until a Startup menu appears. 
3) Press F2 once. 
4) Go to Component test. 
5) From the list, run the battery test. 

 

If the test fails, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the battery replacement.
