Product: hp elite book g3 840
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my hp elite book g3 840 always keeps reinstalling conexant isst audio driver even if i uninstall it from device manager and remove the files from c storage. it always keep reinstalling it in my laptop and it doesnt allow to choose any other audio driver.

Hi:

 

If Windows update is doing that, see if running the Hide Windows Update utility that I zipped up and attached below resolves the problem.

 

That would be the only suggestion I can offer.
