my laptop is a shambles its completely falling apart. Its just over 1 year old. I want a full refund or a brand new replacement.

I am a financial adviser and bought this laptop as a top of the range product and the build quality is an absolute joke. I will and all my colleagues will take to social media and show on video the poor quality of the envy build if i cant get a resolution to this. its a joke. I could've bought a apple or samsung but chose HP as the superior brand. Its a shambles the whole laptop is falling apart the screen is coming out and the thumb print access worked for like 4 months. its so upsetting as its the most expensive laptop i ever bought and feel really upset by this.

please contact me to resolve this i cant work on my cases like this its a poor poorly built machine.
