My new pro book 440 G9 not booting up the window , after switching on the power button it is showing the two options
1. free bios
2. hp documents
and then it will taking to command windows with black screen
please provide the solution as i mention it is my new laptop .

Hi,
Did you purchase the notebook with Windows installed?
The notebook is available for purchase without OS installed. (with FreeDOS 1.2). In this case, you would need to install the OS yourself and get a product key.
