n-csr battery replace in hp care warrenty but not getting any proper respose

Product: HP Notebook - 14s-cr1008tx

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have the receipt and the warranty information on the site corresponds to that. In my warranty one of the deliverables is n-csr battery replace. support agent said the N-CSR Battery Replace in my warranty deliverables is not applicable to consumer laptops and said that I had to purchase a new battery.

If anyone here can help that would be greatly appreciated.
