I bought an HP laptop that is now within warranty time range.Unfortunately the left hinge broke and although I sent my laptop to the designated repair shop they decided that it is my fault and refused to repair it under the warranty coverage.Since I know I have not misused it I would like to file a complaint to HP directly before trying to solve my issue through Consumer Center Bureau.
Please advise me on ways to find an HP officer or center that deals with this sort of situations.

@Aida7 I understand your concern and I will bring your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.
Although, I'll need some private information from you in order to create a case for you.
Please look for a private message requesting additional information.
Keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers, case details, etc...).
