Product: hp elite business notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hp elite business notebook purchased 2016  windows 10 w/64-bit.  bought iphone 11 in dec 2019 (prior iphone 8), no system changes, no service or program changes.  hotspot on phone is recognized by notebook but wont connect.  att tested to no avail, apple changed the phone out to no avail.  both systems had a message; of "low data mode", don't understand because i had plenty of data available (and i pay for unlimited).  its either the notebook or the sim card.  any suggestions?
