newly laptop vs warranty

HP Gaming Pavilion - 15-cx0059nw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HI I bought brand new laptop yesterday, however

1. the fans are very loud - even running only  windows - is this normal?

2. also under hp product web site warranty I see it was most probably  registered in 30 Sept (starting of warranty and installation suport - 5 months now_ i--- is this normal or the laptop was already used before?

Please try these steps - HP Notebook PCs - Fan is Noisy and Spins Constantly (Windows)

 

To dispute the warranty, refer to this document - HP PCs, Printers - How to Submit a Dispute to Validate Your Warranty

 

You may also Contact HP in your region regarding this issue.
