i tried to buy a laptop from your website and when i checked out and clicked place order i got a message says that my order has been declined and also i received a message on my cell phone from the bank saying that 1028.99 $ has been debited from my account so why are you charging me for the order that you already declined and now how i can get my money back??

Well currently you are out over a thousand dollars, and the bank and police cannot do anything if they are not aware.

 

So browser history and view the page(s) you visited.

 

Take screen shots.
