Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

i am using Hp z book for past two years and tried lot option to rectify the with HP showroom but now i realise that it is related to software. the build in camera quality is itself a poor one and from HP you not even buy a separate camera. service center person told me this poor quality is working very well.!

Hello.

 

Which ZBook model is this? HP has manufactured different Zbook laptops for the last 10 years, so there have been many models and several different camera modules as well. Please state the model and generation, e.g. Zbook 15 G4.

 

and from HP you not even buy a separate camera

Incorrect. HP is currently selling (at least) the 950 4K Webcam and the Poly Studio P5. You are not limited to HP of course, Logitech and others will work as well.
