Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hi guys , I got 2 issues , suspect they are related . I sometimes get CMOS reset 502error but it reboots and the pc starts .( this is my old probook 4520S)  , ive done a lot to it incl formatiing and reinstalling OS . theres currently windows 7 64 bit after i realised that putting windows 10 on was not working out . my question is , there is no wifi , If not for the permanently orange/amber wifi light on the keyboard ,  you would never know that it even has wifi capability  The wifi always used to work but i cant find any means to even recognise it never mind get it operational . any suggestions to get the wifi up and running?
