in my laptop box the product name is hp 15s-eq2143AU but on hp website instead of this there shows

HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-e2000 (2K3D8AV)

The first one you mentioned is the exact model number of your computer. And the e2000 is a series of the PC.
