The answer

The data for retired products is available.

The data is not available in a compiled list format.

Each product type has to be checked.

Is your HP Product “vintage?  (Ten years of age or older)

Typically, HP stops supporting consumer products after ten years.  Read the policy and find out if your HP device is on the list.

(Note:  The “trade-in link in the document is obsolete and is not functional. )
