Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I've bought this laptop on January 19th, it was originally estimated to ship on the 10th of February. But on that date, I contacted their customer service, they said it's delayed since there's problem with the post office. I don't think this is acceptable because people need their laptops to do work or school. I just want to say it is a poor practice to delay customer's orders because people planned their schedule a head of time, and the delay really ruined the plans, it's frustrating. I really wonder when's my laptop gonna come, some people claimed it takes a few weeks, mine has almost been a month.

Doesn't surprise me - my zBook was stated as "expected" 2-3 weeks delivery and took 8 in the end....! I know there's supply chain issues with Intel CPU's especially at the high end. You can't even buy i9 and Xeon based laptops from Lenovo until Q2 as a result apparently!
