can you provide some details on your issue? what product, what OS? what are you actually trying to do

Hello

I saw same issue on other computer using Windows 10 2004, I guess it's a WIndows 1o issue as you can find hundreds web pages about such issue.

 

I have a notebook , 445 G7 with same issue. it was working fine than suddently do the same behavior of yours.

but instead of trying to solve the issue I just shutdown on another way and start command from CMD prompt.

 

the day I' ll find a solution I will post here.

 

Soccer_DAN, if you have time or suggestion,  I can do every test you want.
