system fan 90b error

Envy x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have an Envy x360 for less than 6 months and I got a 90b message indicating that my fan is not working; then everything froze. 

I did a revert to factory settings and the problem still persists. Any suggestion?
