HP Pavilion Laptop 4TU70EA
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My question is related to the store's disclaimer,  that says that the info about the HP Pavilion 15-cs0002nh Laptop (4TU70EA) was given by manufacturer(HP), and HP has the right to change that. The laptop was listed with 8GB RAM but has 4GB. Was this data changed by HP at some point? How can I contact HP with this kind of question? On their webpage I tried to submit this question, but sending them a message proved to be difficult, and I didn't succeed. If an error was made by the store, than a formal statement from HP would be helpful.

also:

I checked my warranty time on hp.com, looking it up by product number. It said, there was 10 months left. I purchased it yesterday. Is there a warranty that's not based upon the end user's date of purchase (if there is, what is the point of that)? Should I maybe register somewhere to change this?

Thank you

Hi:

The official specs from HP indicate that the model only comes with 4 GB of memory...

I doubt that it was ever changed from 8 GB to 4 GB.

However, if you want to ask if that information was ever changed, you can contact the HP executive team at the link below...

As far as the warranty being off...

HP starts the warranty clock ticking the minute the PC leaves the assembly plant.

So, you can try to submit an online warranty dispute to get the warranty start and end dates adjusted at the link below.

If you can't submit the online dispute, you will have to contact HP technical support by telephone and speak to a customer services rep.
