hp doesn't provide support for the region i am from and i am unable to find bluetooth and touch driver in device manager although i have downloaded and installed the drivers from hp website many times. i cannot find bluetooth toggle and uable to use the touch screen and bluetooth i have contacted microsoft support they tried to help does troubleshooting and all the stuff but the issue is not solved they asked me to contact hp for support but hp doesn't provides support for my country so i don't know what to do. having worst experience regarding hp suppport!
