WHEN I CHECK WARRANTY STATUS OF MY NOTEBOOK, HP ELITEBOOK 845 G7, WITH SN I GET "The serial number provided does not match the previously selected product. It matches the product:  HP EliteBook x360 830 G8 Notebook PC (17N15AV)"

 

I WOULD LIKE TO APOLOGIZE FOR THE CONFUSION I CAUSED BECAUSE I WAS TYPING WRONG SN 5CG1502G02 INSTEAD OF THE CORRECT SN XXXXXXXX02.
