Hi everyone,
I'm writing to seek help with a keyboard failure issue on my HP laptop. I am located in India, but I purchased the laptop in Dubai in August 2023.
The Problem:
My laptop keyboard has malfunctioned. [Describe the specific issue - certain keys not working, unresponsive keys, etc.]
Warranty Inquiry:
While checking the warranty online, it shows as expired. However, I have the original purchase invoice from Dubai dated August 2023.
Request:
I would like to know the following:
Does my HP laptop purchased in Dubai hold international warranty coverage in India?
If so, how can I proceed with a warranty claim for the keyboard failure?
